YACHT MANAGEMENT

Exploiting the extensive experience in cruise ship management, Martinoli has brought to the leisure vessel market a new standard of quality and quantity of services provided.
The Yacht will be completely managed on the technical side by its Superintendent, who will accomplish Owners' desires by preventing faults and damages, keeping planned maintenance up to date, coordinating supplies and inspections for lay-up periods, and most of all giving the right assistance to the Master and the crew in order to have them working just for the pleasure of the guests.

Yacht management activities include:

Technical supervision of sea-going operations
Quality control and safety management according to International and National Standards and Rules
Preparation and up keeping of SMS procedures and manuals
Preparation and up keeping of ISPS procedures and manuals
Accounting
Budget control and monitoring of all related expenses
International purchasing of equipment and supplies
Bunkers and lube oil procurement
Hull & Machinery and P&I insurance management
Crew management of Deck and Engine personnel and Hotel personnel
Officers and technical personnel supervision and performance evaluation
Port planning and operations
Public health and environmental upkeep
