1985: Owner’s Consultants for the conversion of the former liner Guglielmo Marconi into the cruise ship Costa Riviera.
1990: Owner’s Consultants for the conversion of the container vessel Axel Johnson into the 800 passenger cruise vessel Costa Marina at T. Mariotti Shipyard in Genoa, Italy.
1992: Owner’s Project Managers for the conversion of the container vessel Annie Johnson into the 900 passenger cruise vessel Costa Allegra at T. Mariotti Shipyard in Genoa, Italy.
1991-1993: Owner’s Representatives during the building of the 55.000 GRT Costa Classica and Costa Romantica, delivered by Fincantieri Shipyard in Venice.
1993: Owner’s Project Managers during the complete refurbishing of the former s/s Costa Riviera into the s/s American Adventure, at INMA Shipyard in La Spezia for American Family Cruises.
1993: Owner’s Representatives during the building of the 209’ motor yacht Tully at Fratelli Benetti Shipyard in Viareggio.
1995: Owner’s Project Managers during the complete conversion of the former m/v “Pearl” into the m/v Costa Playa, at T. Mariotti Shipyard in Genoa, Italy.
1995: Owner’s Representatives during the building of the 76.000 GRT Costa Victoria, at Bremer Vulkan Shipyard.
1996: Ente Bacini (Drydock Managers of Genoa), Assistance as technical consultant to sale of Concrete floating dock and Project Management for completion of works.
1997-1998: Management and supervision on Owner’s behalf for the upgrading to SOLAS 1997 amendments of the cruise vessels Costa Riviera, Costa Marina, Costa Allegra, Costa Classica, Costa Romantica, Switzerland, Italia Prima, Adriana, Costa Playa, Mermoz and Edinburgh Castle.
1998: Project Managers for the conversion of the exhibition barge Nave Italia into the new pavilion of the Genoa Aquarium.
1999-2000: Project Managers for the interior outfitting contractors, Messrs. Cassina, of the 95 m motor yacht Al Mirqab at Oceanco Shipyard in Alblasserdam.
2001: Research of a suitable passenger vessel for a long term charter, pre-purchase inspections and purchase negotiation on behalf of Buyers concluded with the acquisition of the passenger m/v Victoria of P&O. Appointed as technical managers.
2001: September, pre-purchase inspections and purchase negotiation on behalf of Buyers concluded with the acquisition of the passenger m/v Pacific Princess of Princess Cruises.
2003-2004: Owners consultants during the delivery stage of the 75’ yacht built at Navalia Shipyard in Viareggio due for delivery in Mar 2004.
2004: Complete Project Management, Newbuild Survey and Technical Consultancy for design and construction of 50m steel and aluminium motor yacht at Mondomarine shipyard, Savona (I) as Owner’s Consultants.
2005: MY Christina O: Technical Consultancy to major repair shipyard for vessel’s refurbishment .
