| January 2007 | Ship2shore, the on-line newsletter about italian shipping,
posted an article about Martinoli & C. new developments in the field of leisure ships
and superyachts and the new premises about to be set up in Shanghai,
China. |
| December 2006 | Facing the new challenges of growth of
yachting and shipping industries, company's management scheduled the
setup of an office in Shanghai, China. The new activity will be directed in site by Mr. Marco Calabria. The scheduled opening date is next February 2007. The following activities will be initially offered by the structure: - Hull & Machinery Surveys - Ship, Yacht and Shipyard Risk Assessments - Newbuilding and Repair surveillance in Chinese shipyards - Technical Consultancy for merchant and leisure markets - Liaison with local shipyards, workshops and suppliers |
| October 2006 | Marco Calabria attends as a delegate at
the International Marine Claim Conference in Dublin, the most
important conference exclusively reserved to subjects involved in
marine claims handling, subtitled for 2006 "Collision Scene
Investigation". |

Hull & Machinery Underwriters and by P&I Club insurers after the
collision between passenger ferries Moby Fantasy and Tirrenia Nuraghes
in Olbia, Italy. |
| January 2006 | The hull of M/Y Tribù, the 50m Explorer
vessel under construction at Mondomarine yard in Savona and under full
technical management of Martinoli Yacht Department, was finally
completed. Outfitting will continue at yard premises up to delivery in summer 2007 . |
