 1991: Court Expert consultancy for Italian Tribunal in respect of Micoperi bankruptcy.

1991: MV Haven explosion and sinking: Civil and Penal Tribunal Court Expert consultancy, P&I surveying and consultancy.

1994: Surveyor for Arbitator in Sec/Pianura dispute on claim against builder.

1994: Misano/Deiulemar: surveyor for Arbitrator for dispute between Owner and Charterers.

1996: Court Experts for Criminal Proceeding against American Bureau of Shipping for the fire onboard MV Snam Portovenere.

1996: MV Capitan Luca: Survey for Underwriters for total loss of gas carrier following floating inside hold of gas recevoir due to leakage.

1996- 2005: MV Niasca and MV Alaska: consultants for San Paolo Leasint for litigation in occasion of delivery to Premuda of both ships with extensive works on account of Leaser.

1999: Consultancy to Grimaldi Group for Investment assessment, Takeover, Purchase and Conversion of ro-ro MV Victory.

1999: Appointed by Cargo Underwriters after grounding and total loss of MV Weser Ore for recovery of cargo and fighting vessel’s unseaworthiness.

1999: MV Lassia: P&I Club Survey and Consultancy and Penal Court Consultancy  in dispute against discharge terminal after vessel breakdown during discharge.

1999: INMA Shipyard: Shipyard Assessment for takeover by private investors.

2000: MV Ievoli Sun:  Surveyor for Underwriters and P&I Club for sinking of ship in the Channel with recovery of pollutant cargo.

2001: Ente Bacini (Drydock Managers of Genoa), surveying for financer for purchase of new floating dock.

2001: Leasint Premuda: consultant for Leaser in arbitration against Shipowner on dispute of technical claims

2003: MV Moby Magic:  Underwriters’ Survey for grounding and partial sinking.  Underwriters’ Consultants in Arbitration for claim about total loss of vessel.

2004: MV Moby Freedom:  P&I Club Survey and Consultancy for propellers’ damages and dispute against Rolls-Royce.

2004: MV Valtur Prima:  Owner Consultancy in Arbitration against Charterer after charter party interruption.

2005: MV Starluck:  Surveyors for Underwriters for Constructive Total Loss after grounding, fully laden, in Argentina.

2005: MY Pab:  Shipyard Consultancy for Arbitration against Underwriters after extended fire damages.
